In 2021, she founded MBG Technology to bridge the digital gap for small and medium-sized businesses—including construction firms, churches, event service providers, and more—who needed reliable web design, systems support, and digital modernization to stay competitive in today’s market.

With over a decade of experience in the tech industry, Markea brings deep expertise across Software Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Automation, backed by a B.S. in Computer Science from Claflin University and an M.S. in Computer Science from Kennesaw State University.

Her approach blends technical precision with a heart for service, empowering organizations to streamline operations, implement scalable systems, and elevate their digital presence.

Under her leadership, MBG Technology has become known not only for helping businesses run smoother—but also for mentoring rising professionals, especially young people of color, to grow their skills and confidence in the tech space.
